The following organisations are active in Parakou, the home of APEED and the surrounding area:

CAEB

‘Conseil des Activites Educatives du Benin’ is an association for training, education and development. CAEB works with Teachers across Benin to improve their training and enhance their ability to deliver quality education. The local office of CAEB in Parakou has been extremely supportive of APEED and have mentored the organisation since it’s formation. Red Cross Benin

The Parakou branch of the Red Cross has also been extremely supportive. The organisation hosts the APEED library where students can come to access textbooks which they would not otherwise be able to afford.

PeaceCorps Benin

The PeaceCorps have been working in Benin for over thirty years, with a number of staff members based in Parakou, involved in educational and business training projects.
