To make this official, this is a notice to inform all JAMB and WAEC candidates who will be sitting for the upcoming JAMB examination that JAMB subject combination for Education and Accountancy has been released by the management of the Joint Admission and Matriculation Board (JAMB).

Keep in mind that the JAMB subject combinations as well as the o level (WAEC) requirements mentioned on this post are only meant for Education and Accountancy under the faculty of Education.

JAMB Subject Combination For Education and Accountancy

The required JAMB subject subject combination for Education and Accountancy are:

Mathematics, Economics plus any Social Science subject.

Special Requirements (Waiver) Remarks

(i) IAUED and TASUED require Mathematics, Economics plus any Social Science subject.

WAEC (O Level) Subject Requirements For Education and Accountancy

The list of compulsory WAEC subjects required for Education and Accountancy under the faculty of are as follows:

Five SSCE credit passes including English Language, Mathematics, Economics and any other two relevant subjects.
For NBC holders, the other two relevant subjects could be from any of Accounting, Principles of Accounts, Commerce, office Practice and Secretarial Duties.

Special Requirements (Waiver) Remarks

(i) BIU requires five O’ level passes to include English Language, Mathematics, Economics and any other two subjects.

(ii) TASUED requires Five ‘O’ level credits at one sitting or six ‘O’ level credits at two sittings to include: English Language, Mathematics, Economics and any other two relevant subjects
