The list of compulsory WAEC subjects required for History and Strategic Studies under the faculty of are as follows:
Five SSCE credit passes to include History and English Language.
Special Requirements (Waiver) Remarks
(i) UNILAG requires credit passes in History/Government, English Language and any one of Arts subjects from Literature in English, CRK, IRS, Fine Arts, Yoruba or Igbo plus one other subject. Accepts Government in lieu of History
(ii) RUN accept a pass in Mathematics.
