The required JAMB subject subject combination for Horticulture are:
Chemistry, Biology/Agriculture and one of Mathematics, Geography, Economics and Physics.
Special Requirements (Waiver) Remarks
(i) UNAAB does not accept Economics or Geography.
WAEC (O Level) Subject Requirements For Horticulture
The list of compulsory WAEC subjects required for Horticulture under the faculty of are as follows:
Five SSCE credit passes including English Language, Chemistry, Mathematics, Biology or Agric Science.
Special Requirements (Waiver) Remarks
(i) FUTMINNA accepts any one of Physics, geography, Economics, Home Economics, Food and nutrition as the fifth subject. At least a pass in Physics is required.
(ii) UNAAB requires five SSCE credit passes in English Language, Mathematics, Chemistry, Biology and Physics. Candidates with pass grade in Biology must possess credit pass in Agricultural Science. It does not accept Agricultural Science in lieu of Biology.
