To make this official, this is a notice to inform all JAMB and WAEC candidates who will be sitting for the upcoming JAMB examination that JAMB subject combination for International Relations has been released by the management of the Joint Admission and Matriculation Board (JAMB).

Keep in mind that the JAMB subject combinations as well as the o level (WAEC) requirements mentioned on this post are only meant for International Relations under the faculty of Social and Management Sciences.

JAMB Subject Combination For International Relations

The required JAMB subject subject combination for International Relations are:

Economics, Literature- in- English and Geography/Government/History

Special Requirements (Waiver) Remarks

(i) SOUTHWESTERN requires Mathematics and any two of the following: Economics, History, Government, Geography, Literature in English and French.

(ii) BAYERO requires Government or History plus two other Social Science subjects.

WAEC (O Level) Subject Requirements For International Relations

The list of compulsory WAEC subjects required for International Relations under the faculty of are as follows:

Five SSCE credit passes to include English Language, Government, History and three relevant subjects.

Special Requirements (Waiver) Remarks

(i)COVENANT requires five ‘O’ Level credit passes to include English Language, Mathematics, Economics , one science subject from the following (Biology, Health/ General Science, Agricultural Science, Physics and Chemistry) and either of Geography, Government, Accounting, Book Keeping and Commerce.
